Pet-friendly hotel in a particularly good area right by public areas, town center and the sea with obviously a beautiful sea view. Breakfast with tasteless mushrooms & potatoes and the poached eggs, for example. Magnificent and perfect location for my purposes. Exceptional stay for an overnight business trip.

Everything is nice here, had a very pleasant stay for an overnight business trip. The staff are smart and excellent people. It boasts excellent, fantastic location near to Torquay on a random stay following a family funeral, a restaurant and a railway line. It has a lot of meals to offer, the food is fabulous.

Every visit to Torquay we like to stay here. The hotel is luxury with a modern design and nestled in a very lovely building. The setting is absolutely perfect, just off public transport and wonderful sea views, the seafront and Railway Station, good area. Plus, the venue is 3 km from a grand old Victorian pier.

300 metres away from the hotel there is Corbyn Head, which is a good choice. We could see goodrington park from our window. We strongly recommend it with confidence. We loved staying at livermead house...
